I would never purchase from this company again. We ordered furniture 15 weeks ago. We reached out to the company and they are telling us it will be another 4 to 6 weeks at the earliest. They charged us 25% in advance to purchase and then we are already making 12- months same as cash payments on furniture we don't have. Horrible business policy. I would think twice before considering doing business with this company.

After posting this ad the owner of Coconis reached out to me and they are re-evaluating the above policy or at least giving people a more realistic expectation of how long they will wait to receive there items . My one star may have been a little harsh.

didn't expect to have the most pleasant experience when I walked in their doors. Everyone so friendly - not pushy - I actually had fun. Furniture was amazing and I picked out my living room within a few minutes. Very satisfied with purchase. I received my delivery yesterday, incredible delivery staff, very nice and courteous. Careful not to scrape or scratch. I've already let my friends and family know about this purchase... 10 stars for me!

So far so good. Furniture to be delivered early November. Only one small item, we were told all furniture was in stock. The next day, I received a call that only the chair and ottoman was in stock, the couch was not. I was assured that Ashley furniture would be restocking and that the local manager would confirm. Received a call a few minutes later stating that the manager had confirmed the couch would be available as well. We set a date for delivery at that time. I am confident at this point that all will go well.

WE love our new mattress and adjustable base. I am sleeping better than I have for years. Anita Bell was so knowledgeable and helped us pick just the right mattress. Delivery was perfect, arrived as promised and set up was just the way we wanted.

Our Sales Associate, Mary, was very knowledgeable about all the merchandise we were looking to purchase. She was extremely pleasant and helpful by working with us on several occasions to get us exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend her to anyone desiring a great experience at Coconis. Extremely satisfied customers.

Beautiful item but there a few flawed spots and a chip coming up on the front that I will have to figure out how to fix.

Emily was very knowledgeable and helped us choose a recliner that I think will work perfectly. Coconis had many selections to choose from and we were able to narrow it down with Emily's help. Looking forward to the actual delivery.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and patient explaining my options and allowing me to wander through the store trying out different seating. So excited and waiting to receive my furniture. Thank you Coconis and Andrew!
