This is the first time that I've felt the need to write a complaint about
your merchandise. I've always been very pleased in the past. These flowers were not as described, shown nor provided with instructions.

ThIs was was a waste of money and unfortunately will go in the trash. Very
disappointing.

Excellent Customer service and great products. Easy to order and work with

The items I ordered looked fine on the website (obviously or I wouldn't have ordered them) but when I received them there were many flaws including one item that was chipped. When I called customer service to let them know the girl I talked to was not friendly and not helpful. I was refunded money for the one chipped item but was out of luck for the other 11 unless I wanted to send them back at my expense and then be out shipping both ways. I will not be ordering from you again.

I placed an order from Cultural Intrigue for the first time. I was very pleased with the quick turnaround on the shipment (shipped same day despite the website saying it would take some processing time to ship). However, many of the tassels were bent and wrinkled upon taking them out of the package. I know the nature of tissue/foil is difficult to keep nice, but when I'm reselling the products to other customers I'd love to present tassels that are as wrinkle-free as possible. If there's a way to examine your packing process to help minimize wrinkles/bends that might be helpful to a lot of people. Regardless, I'll be ordering again for sure.

I needed vases for an upcoming wedding at very short notice. I had never dealt with Cultural Intrique before but they had the perfect bud vases. I was experiencing problems with their website so I had to resort to setting up an account and ordering with a customer service rep, Natalya. She was amazing, professional, extremely helpful and completed my wholesale application and order within minutes. It was such a great experience.

The vases arrived 2 days later and were incredibly packed. The quality was even better than I had hoped for. They finished off the reception flowers perfectly!

I will definitely be ordering in the future!

Love their products, but shipping costs to Australia are incredibly high with no choice for a slower delivery option.
