So-Fi was the easiest by far. The whole experience from beginning to money is my bank took less than one day.

Outstanding customer service

My experience with obtaining a SoFi loan was great! The comparison of the different loan amounts and interest rates available allowed me to make the best choice for my financial situation. Also, once I made my decision vision obtaining the loan was very intuitive and FAST! I also appreciate that SoFi offers many products such as Savings and EFTs of which I am starting. This is a WONDERFUL loan company!

Everything was processed so fast, from application processing to funding.

Great service

I have an excellent credit rating but still got charged 12% for a loan of 25,000 USD that I took out. Which was super high. There service is great and the process is fast, but their interest rates for excellent credit holders is absurd. I paid their loan back in a week, but found out my local credit union had a better rate at 9% for the same amount.

I'm home sick today I don't want to answer any questions

This company promises you help and falls through. They are looking to help people who don't need it. They claimed my credit score was too low. All three of my scores are in the mid to high 700's. They don't tell you the real facts. The rich helping the rich, not people who need to lower their debt with better interest rates.

Change the policy and right away charge $10 monthly fee is unacceptable! I can have a better credit card reward with $0 annual fee! You guys deserved this bad review!

The loan was quick and smooth but poor customer service. I was asking for resolution about my case but the wait was so long to connect, the manager was raising his voice and impatient.

This was the greatest and faster experience in my life, it was easy, great support and fast.

I’ve been trying for three months to transfer my funds out of a SoFi robo IRA into a self-directed account, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Every step of the way, SoFi has made the process unnecessarily complicated. They take weeks to respond, and when they finally do, they claim a form is “incomplete” — even when the only missing field is something irrelevant (like entering a “0” in a box that clearly doesn’t apply).
I’ve contacted support multiple times, but the communication is slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful. It feels like SoFi intentionally makes it difficult to move your money elsewhere. After months of back-and-forth, I still don’t have resolution.
If you value flexibility and responsiveness with your investments, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I set up my personal account to save for a trip, and it was very easy and seamless to get started. Good bank with all the app features I expected.
