Saw their promotion about High Yield Savings Account paid up to 4% interest rate. It attracted me to open a Savings Account with them. The process of opening very easy and straight forward. However, after opened, I found out the savings account only paid 1%. I chatted with the AI agent, it said it required to have direct deposit or subscribed to Premium member. I don't like it, and fortunately it allowed me to close the account immediately without any fees.

I AM REBUILDING MY CREDIT AND TRYING TO GET A BUY A HOME IN THE FUTURE, AND THIS PLATFORM WILL HELP ME DO THAT.I NEEDED A HIGH YEILD SAVING .

I was able to secure a loan completely online and very quickly. The website was straightforward and easy to use, and the information and communication were top-notch.

I give my highest recommendation against using Sofi Bank. I have had horrific experiences with them and they have made mistakes which have resulted in my credit taking a huge hit. As a person who has maintained a credit rating above 800 for approximately 20 years, I am now being denied loans because of Sofi's actions.

Was the easiest application process ever and funds were in the back a couple days later. I was shocked with how fast this could be. Will continue to use SOFI for future transactions.

Simple, fast funding, easy payment terms, no set-up fees, simple.

SoFi stealth instated an "inactivity fee" on brokerage accounts. Since I had not logged into my account in over 6 months, they sold shares inside of my account, creating a taxable event for me, and then used the proceeds to charge me a $25.00 fee. They apparently sent me an email notice, which got buried under all of the promotional emails they spam to my inbox. No customer service reps reached out by phone to notify me that they would be selling share inside of my account; I just got a 1099 showing the taxable event, so I'll now need to fork over another $5.00 to the government. This is rent seeking at its finest. I'd expect better from a financial services company--don't fix a broken business model by bleeding your customers.

Quick and easy.

I was working on paying off a new furnace and credit cards. Applied for the loan with Sof and got approved very quickly. Now I have one loan with a favorable interest rate.

The application process was easy and fast. I was not expecting approval because of my credit usage. My only wish would had been to consolidate my loans and only nake one affordable payment. At first I was approved for $7500 but only received $5000. It would had been great to have received what I was approved for

It was quick and easy. Funds were available quicker than any loan that I have ever received.
The rates were also fair according to credit score, but not the best. Overall the experience was great, thanks.
