We had a great experience at Sofology! Sajad gave us excellent advice and helped us choose the perfect sofas — we’re really happy with our selection. The manager also gave excellent support and helped us choose a footstool we love. The customer service throughout was fantastic, and the whole team made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

As a returning customer at the highgate birmingham branch i would definitely say the service and customer care you get at this branch is absolutely fantastic.I went back and forth three times trying to decide on the sofas i wanted and each time the service was meet with high standards.Saj who took care of me was very patient and guided me well through the store and advised me in the best way possible.I am definitely a happy customer and recommend Sofology to anyone that’s looking for modern updated designs.

Compliments to Sayed and Saj for their excellent service, when we were buying our Sofas. Sayed was particularly helpful in making sure we had a smooth and efficient purchase despite a time crunch, while making sure all the necessary points were covered, and clearly communicating all the info we needed. Sayed was approachable, easy to talk to and considerate. Overall both staff members created a good environment, and we would shop here again and recommend to others.

Customer services approach and processes are threatening and inappropriate for the amount of money you are spending!
I ordered a £3,500 sofa in store and had only 48 hours to amend, due to an error made in store by salesperson I called to amend 24 hours later. I was told someone would call me back within 24 hours… I was called back over 24 hours later! I was told I had only 30 mins to make a big decision because my 48 hours later window would be closed and the computer would not allow amendments! This left me unable to visit store to double check the fabric selection…
The sofa I chose in the end was cheaper than previous one and I was advised to sign more expensive credit agreement so basically sign for more credit than I needed by £500! This is all very very poor! I am still yet to receive a new credit agreement which is holding up my order… they need to significantly improve as I have found the whole experience stressful and threatening!

Amazing customer service from Kim, Sajid & the team!
Sajid explained the process and went through every fine detail regarding the sofa we liked. A few days later we went back to finalise our purchase and was approached by Kim who was very welcoming and helps complete our purchase. I do have to say the staff at Sofology over all are every polite and helpful keep up the good work guys :-)
