We were served by Storm who was training Mel. Storm was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a 3 piece suit and came away very happy and fully informed on all aspects. Now looking forward to getting delivery of the couch!

We had a really great experience at the Cambridge branch thanks to Storm and Ryan. They were both extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt fully informed throughout the process.
Nothing felt rushed, and their professional but approachable attitude made the whole experience much easier and more reassuring. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing good customer service.

The instore experience was great, we went to the store in Cambridge and bought our sofa from a gentleman named Ethan. This was the first sofa we have bought and he explained everything in depth so we understood and took time with us to make sure we picked the right sofa. The reason this isn’t 5 star is because of the website, we tried to order colour patches 3 times to our address and each time then it was on 3 day delivery but never turned up and when chasing it I got no reply which was a big let down. On the whole the instore experience was great and Ethan made the experience enjoyable.

Brilliant experience! We walked in having been looking at sofas for forever, and explored every option. The sales people put no pressure on, allowed us to take our time and choose what was right. We bought a sofa!! Ryan was incredible, really friendly, and approachable, not at all pushy!!

Very disappointing experience, packaging taken off outside in the rain, bit of damage to the sofa and care kit missing, all very rushed.
Not much better customer service in store either when I asked for a refund for the care kit, was told I had to contact customer service in a very disinterested manner. Wasn't even offered the phone number, I had to ask for it.
Seems that in store they are only pleasant and professional when you are placing an order.
The only good part was speaking to Zoe in customer services who was really lovely and seemed genuinely concerned that I'd had a bad experience and organised the refund for me. Shame more of your staff aren't as professional as her.

A good selection of sofas to look at on the floor, liked 1 but decided to look at other stores. Out of 4 stores returned to sofology and bought the sofa that best suited my needs.
