I was so glad I made the effort to visit Sofology. I visited around a fortnight ago to peruse the stock and I was very impressed with the standard of quality. The sales people made me very welcome, making me a cup of coffee and helping me pick my sofa. Leigh was so helpful and went through every part of the sale in detail and no question went unanswered.

Happy, but difficult hearing
I enjoyed the experience, the staff were very friendly. I am hard of hearing so I would have preferred an English/Welsh speaking person. Not one in sight.

Our first order was rejected for various reasons, and it was returned.
We then went looking elsewhere and were shocked at the prices and lack of quality etc. We decided to return to Sofology and selected a second sofa suit. The service was still excellent and I am confident the next purchase will be just what we ordered.

We decided to buy a sofa and Leigh at the Cardiff branch was very knowledgeable and helpful with our selection. We experienced an issue due to an incorrectly recorded phone number leading to delays in processing our credit. However, Pamela G of Cardiff helped throughout and eventually the issue was resolved. Although involving several visits to the Cardiff branch all the staff encountered were extremely helpful and courteous. I would recommend Cardiff to anyone seeking a sofa or suite
