Sofa purchase
Had previously been to view sofas and went back to make final decision. Callum was friendly but not pushy and went through the purchase process efficiently.

A very pleasant experience
The experience was very pleasant and you were made to feel very welcome with not a lot of pressure
The salesman Calum was wonderful and very friendly and now can’t wait for our sofas to be delivered

I'd recommend this store.
Large choice of sofas, which is great. No pressure from the sales assistant, just helpful advice. Offers of help, no following you around. Choice of coverings could be better, maybe more transparency over how much different coverings cost would be nice.

The salesman Callum who attended us was very helpful and friendly,but not pushy. The layout of the shop was very pleasant with plenty of stock to choose from. Having found what we wanted the transaction was straightforward and we left with a full understanding of delivery and contact details should we have any questions. In all a very enjoyable experience
