Amazing experience in the Doncaster store today. Gary was very helpful and informative. Looking forward to receiving the sofa.

We just purchased two lazy boy sofas from the Doncaster branch, we were helped by Pauline, she made us feel welcome and at ease from the start, she was very knowledgeable about every sofa in the store and helped us buy the correct one we wanted.

Pauline was very helpful patient and knowledgable about the product would highly recommend her to others

Tracey was lovely and talked me through everything and was really patient with us. I’ve been to two different branches and all tje staff were lovely and not pushy at all and let you look at your own pace. Thank you so much for all your help!

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the sofas. We were able to come in store, select the sofa we wanted with ease.

Went in to browse after looking at sofa's at 4 other retailers. Pauline spotted us as we entered and was very friendly + relaxed. She asked what we wanted and any restrictions/must haves. She showed us a sofa straight away which hit all our requirements perfectly. Pauline was very friendly, not pushy, left us alone to talk and browse when needed and very relaxed/patient and easy going when it came to the paperwork. Overall very enjoyable, relaxed experience, very friendly staff, Pauline was fantastic, would recommend to anyone go there first.

We were shopping for our first sofa and wanted to browse, in other sofa shops we felt like the staff were following us. In sofology Pauline noticed us trying to figure out some sofas and popped up out of nowhere to help, she then let us browse without feeling stalked but was there when we needed advice. We found our dream sofa thanks to the help of Pauline who helped us personalise it to our taste. We didn’t feel like we had to purchase there and then and it was a very relaxed experience.

I visited sofology store today ,l was served by Arron who l found very helpful with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable regarding the sofa l had chosen, l didn't feel pressured by Arron, certainty would give him a 5star.

It was myself and my partners first time going sofa shopping so we went in with an open mind and very overwhelmed. However, we must say that Charlene was so helpful and so approachable! We purchased the perfect sofa and couldn’t be happier. Again huge thanks to Charlene for her 10/10 customer service!
