I think I pressed the wrong star rating I meant it to be 5 stars, the assistant we dealt with was very good and explained everything to us, she also answered all our many questions.

Santana sofa set
We attended the store yesterday and staff were very good. Today we went back and spoke to Mangai who was very helpful and answered all our questions. There was no pressure to buy anything but we did place an order for 2 sofas and a foot stall.

Great experience
Great experience, not pounced on as soon as you walk through the door. Been in a few times and given plenty of advice and time to think. Purchased today with the help of a lovely sales assistant, Natasha. Looking forward to receiving our new sofas.

The hedge and staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful and informative and the process was really smooth. Amazing selection to choose from and in a really relaxed environment without the pressure pitch. Extra credit to Natasha who was fabulous!

A positive experience from start to finish.…
The choice of products was extensive and the showroom was well laid out and clean. Browsing was a positive experience - we were asked if we needed any help but were then left to look around as much as we wanted to without being pestered. Sahil helped us with our purchase once we had decided. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend this store to others.

George and Sofology are the best
We visited four different retailers for a family sofa. We found George to have the most knowledge and experience! Sofology was most definitely the best store we visited in Hedge End. George was friendly, funny and answered our questions professionally, he gave us great tips.
