Good staff engagement, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy.

excellent service very friendly, helpful and no pressure to buy , nothing was too much trouble assisted by excellent staff, went away to consider the options and returned when we made the decision. it makes so much difference when you deal with happy staff..

I like the product and the way it was displayed in the showroom. The choice of fabrics and colours were great.
I was disappointed to realise after the purchase, how the added extras were not explained that they were extra cost. They were sold as part of the purchase as a whole. The extra products were explained their purpose butt the choice to purchase was not offered they were automatically added. This was very disappointing 😞

I didn't feel rushed and spent a couple of hours deciding looking at all the options. So much to see, and taking measurements , trying to visualise how it would look in my room, so the staff had to be patient, which they were and gave good advice.

Mark was extremely helpful and not pushy. The selection of sofas and materials was excellent. Now just got to wait the 10 weeks to have it made.

Visiting Sofology was a great experience. You are greeted by happy smiling staff who are happy to help you or just leave you to browse if that is your choice, no pressure.
The store is well laid out giving you the chance to view the vast selection of furniture in a layout that makes it easy to visualise in your home setting. At your request staff are able to help & answer your questions in a professional manner & are very knowledgeable without sales pressure. Once you have made your choice your staff member will take you through everything you need to know & always encourage any questions you may have making sure you are happy & understand everything, all in a relaxed & unhurried atmosphere.
I found the whole experience enjoyable & would recommend Sofology as a great company to visit & buy from.

Sahil at Sofology Hedge End, Southampton understood what I was looking for as I had specific style and size requirements, and ended up taking me to my perfect sofa! Excellent professional service and expert knowledge without any pushy sales tactics. Highly recommend!

After visiting 4 other stores,George the sales person was the first person to greet me as I walked into the store. He and the manager assisted me in getting the furniture I was looking for, including getting stock ffrom another store.

We were impressed by the good level of staff available to help and a very good range of sofas and chairs. Features, choices etc were all explained thoroughly.

Staff were absolutely great, so helpful, especially Natasha. Nothing was too much trouble.

We then went into a few other sofas stores but found ourselves drawn back into Sofology to look at the Sofa we ended up purchasing.
A few of the Staff had noticed us looking at a sofa we initially looked at and a Gentleman Named Marc spoke to us and was Very informative and gave us all the possible options we could go for.

We ended up going home to think on it but purchased online but during the ordering process something went wrong and the order and changed slightly from what was selected.

After making the purchase i noticed the errors and quickly checked the emails and used the number provided and got in contact with someone from sofology. Only to be told by someone called megan they couldn’t help and gave me a different number to call to which the next person also couldn’t help and passed me another number to which they couldn’t help and then passed me onto to someone called Megan who sounded exactly the same as the first Person i spoke to who then said she would ammend the errors.

As there was a 48Hour window that needed to have the changes made by i assumed Megan had solved the issue…Monday has arrived and i checked my emails only to discover a message stating the changes could only be made in store or over the phone with a rep or in person in the store by which i had about 40 minutes to rectify this error…Luckily for me i called the store and it was Marc who we initially spoke to in store, who got to the root of the problem and very Promptly Amended our order and literally saved the day with Minutes to Spare

Sahill was v helpful and patient, walked us through our choices and tried to find one that would fit our measurements. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Having spoken to a lot of the staff at the store they seem a really nice friendly bunch.

What we particularly liked was that Mark spent a lot of time with us making sure that we had all the information that we needed. He also encouraged us to look elsewhere to make sure we were absolutely sure that the sofas were the right ones for us. When we returned Mark went through all the options and finance thoroughly.

I think his name was George,Very very helpful, explained everything well,fantastic customer service.

We had been searching for a quality sofa after purchasing a poor quality one from SCS. It took us about a year to find the right one for us. I chose it because the quality was far superior and I felt all of Sofology products were of a superior quality to their competitors

Cliona O’Horon was extremely helpful without being at all pushy & sent over all the additional information we asked for by email. The choice in the Hedge End store was excellent & we could easily have bought any one of several sofas that they had on display. The showroom was nicely arranged & the shopping experience was excellent.
