I have a lady called Vanessa helping me in the Hove shop and she was super professional, knowledgeable, not pushy sales at all just genuinely helpful. Loooking forward to getting products ordered at the end of September.

My parents brought a Sofa in January which was then delayed by a month when we sat on the sofa in the showroom it was nice and hard after having it in their house when it was eventually delivered it came extremely soft very quickly in a matter of days, Sofolgy eventually decided to come out and has said this is quite normal to happen and there is nothing they can do. I do find this very strange as there would've been quite a few people sat on the sofa in the showroom. Please make sure when buying the Sofa from them you check about the softness of the Sofa. They won't even order two new chairs even though at the time of reporting it we were in rights to ask for an exchange such bad customer service.

I am sharing a disappointing experience with sofology in hove. We were so excited to find our perfect sofa, on the face of it the team member couldn’t have been more helpful, he took our order - exactly the showroom sofa in a different colour. We were waxing lyrical about all the electrics. He set it up in an online basket and told us to have a think then confirm. We did. Never did we imagine he’d put through a sofa of a different spec . We went to store, not their problem - he hid from my husband. I raised a complaint case and they keep asking me to send pictures of the fault. How can I send pictures of missing functionality?!? £2k afore something that is their error. Don’t buy in store. You have no comeback - they take no responsibility.

absolutely shocking customer service! Had a text saying book delivery , which I did for may 3rd. The day before I had another text saying book delivery! I rang Sofology and was told they had no idea where my sofas were, someone would ring me back. No one did. I wrote an email to complain. To date no-one has replied. I went back to the text and booked May 10th. I even phoned and checked and was arrived they had them and would be delivered on the 10th. It was conformed. Today.May 6th had a text saying ring them. I did and the chap had no idea why. I started a chat and asked what was going on. Was told they would arrive in the store on may 11th, I asked him for thee mail of customer complaint and he said look on the website! Total chaos. Will never shop there again
