Which one to go for.
Went to view the sofa’s at our local store. Saw several we liked , just had to decide on finish colour and material. Weather to go electric recliner or manual, with friendly and knowledgeable help from Matt we came to a decision and ordered our new sofa.

Superior Choice and Service…
Gabby who looked after us was well informed and honest with us.
At no time were we being pressured into buying something we didn't want and we were given plenty of time and space to make up our minds.
We visited several stores and both the choice of sofas/chairs and the level of service we received at Sofology was far superior than elsewhere

Feel at Home While You Shop
We had a fantastic experience in store! The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. We felt comfortable from the moment we entered the shop. They did not rush us, and we sat down on the sofas to test them out whilst chatting. It's important to try furniture out rather than just purchasing online. The best part is that they not only allow dogs, but they truly welcome them. This made it the ultimate in-store experience!

Very good sale's staff
The sales staff of Gabi & Nikola were very helpful they explain everything that we needed to know, the combination that were available and the different colour's of fabric, also they explained the different ways of paying which was very helpful, all in all very good.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff
We made three visits to the Ipswich store while deciding on our new furniture and saw Nicky, Devon and Matt. All three were very helpful & answered all our questions with competence. Devon particularly went out of their way to provide context to our colour queries. We also ordered fabric swatches from the website which arrived promptly. All in all a good experience, coupled with the quality and style of the sofas we chose.

Excellent service from a young lady…
Excellent service from a young lady called Arne. Went in last week she was very helpful then. Went back for a second view on Saturday it was her day off but another gentleman was also very helpful. I went back today to order my sofas. As I said the service was first class.
