The in store service/support was excellent and I was very comfortable with the whole process

Alison was the Lady who took great care of us in the Kirkcaldy branch and was very experienced and knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful to us

Daniella was professional yet personable. She understood our needs and reassured us that our purchase choice was the right one for us. She answered all of our questions, gave us time to sit and think, made us a lovely cup of tea and never once told us off for not taking our shoes off!

Good staff don’t rush you leave you alone to make your own decision

Great customer service, sales person full of knowledge and listened to our needs. Nice selection of suites at really competitive prices. Would highly recommend. Our second purchase in 3 years as an add on to our current suite.

Blair was absolutely amazing in helping me and my partner purchase our first sofa. As it was all completely new to us, we were a bit unsure going in, but he made the entire experience feel so comfortable and easy from start to finish.

He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions with patience, and guided us without ever making us feel pressured. His knowledge and friendly approach made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful decision into something genuinely enjoyable.

The young girl who served us was very professional and nice. She helped us with our choices and understood what we wanted.

We were left for a short while to look around, which I like. Hate being pounced on as soon as you walk in the door. Once we looked around and found something I tried and liked we were shown other recliners similar to what I was looking for. Eventually decided on my original choice as it was extremely comfortable , the salesman took us through all the paperwork also extras we could have eg extended warranty. Very pleasant and very helpful. Decided to buy two chairs.
