Great experience with Lawrence at sofology in kirkcaldy, got exactly what we wanted and took no rush :)

The young girl who served us was very professional and nice. She helped us with our choices and understood what we wanted.

We were left for a short while to look around, which I like. Hate being pounced on as soon as you walk in the door. Once we looked around and found something I tried and liked we were shown other recliners similar to what I was looking for. Eventually decided on my original choice as it was extremely comfortable , the salesman took us through all the paperwork also extras we could have eg extended warranty. Very pleasant and very helpful. Decided to buy two chairs.

Good customer engagement

The showroom in Kirkcaldy is amazing but so much choice can be daunting, Fortunately we had Daniela's expert guidance and advice during our visit, which helped us choose the right sofa for us. Would highly recommend.

Lawrence served us and was knowledgeable about the products, allowed us to take our time selecting the right fabric choice and colour, he also talked us through the additional insurance and benefits, he even made me coffee.

Sales person was a great help nothing was a problem to him

Crucially I was permitted time to browse without being hounded by sales person on my tail (something I value when shopping)
After the first explaining what I was looking for lovely female sales person made me a coffee and encouraged me to sit as long as I wanted to get feel for settee.
This relaxed non pressured approach definitely sealed the deal and allowed me the much needed time (and space) to commit to purchase. Something other stores could learn from.

Customer service in the shop was very good

Great customer service and thoroughly went through the delivery process. Answered all the questions I had regarding my purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Alison was very friendly and welcoming. Gave initial info, pointed out a few items after a few questions from us. Gave us space to look around, was with in reach when needed and overall very informative with options

We just purchased our new sofa from Sofology in Kirkcaldy. Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our sales rep Janice went above and beyond to ensure we were well informed and there was nothing too much trouble. She was amazing. Well done Sofology, keep up the good work.

I just wish when the staff come up to you and say are you waiting on ….and you say no they just didn’t walk off not to be near you again

The showroom staff in Kirkcaldy were so helpful. All of our questions were answered, and we felt no pressure to make a hasty decision. They told us the order would take 11 weeks, and that was spot on. The sofa was delivered today by 2 great guys. We appreciated being able to see the progress of our delivery time. Overall a wonderful experience.
