Great customer service from all staff at the Lincoln store. Despite the chaos of a closing down sale both Adrian and Tracey couldn’t have been anymore helpful.
Helped us find the sofa we wanted and discussed the fit and design to ensure it would be suitable with the measurements we had for our room.

We are very happy with the service we received from Jamie, he answered all our questions efficiently and we are pleased with our choice, we just hope the service continues on this form and we receive our order without any complications and hopefully the delivery date will be sooner rather than later.

Very helpful at Lincoln, walked in and was greeted by a kind sales woman, she explained the lay out in store and said to yell if I needed any help or more info. She did exactly that, no pressure to buy there and then, she sent all the details if i wanted to place or to my email
