The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us choose our suite. We dealt with Caroline and Nick on our visits to the showroom. We never felt that we were rushed at any time.

We think their name are Afi and Lana. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. The manager also came to double check. He was great too

Our experience was very relaxed and unrushed due to the sales people especially Caroline and Jamie ,on our first visit Jamie was very helpful and our second visit Caroline was just as helpful and guided us through the purchasing of our new sofa . I would highly recommend sociology to anyone ,can't thank them enough for their time a patience.

Greeted on arrival - not pushy just said they are they in case of questions - once I’d made a shortlist the guy was really helpful & guided me through the different options so I could make an informed choice - stress & trouble free process
