I ordered a lovely sofa and was assisted by Will. I felt I was given really good advice. All stages - from start to finish- were very clearly explained. Will also helped to sort out the finance side. I really appreciated the time, space and freedom I was given to look around, ask questions and make the decision. I never felt pushed or pressured into making purchase decision on the spot. Will made the experience pleasant and stress free. I would definitely recommend and visit the store again.

Customer service is excellent. Love my new sofa. 1st time I used Sofology and the experience was great. The in-store representative, (Happy at Old Trafford) was very knowledgable and attentive to our requirements. He took his time to discuss options with me and was very patient with my grumpy husband. There was a wide range of options which was great. We felt no pressure purchasing the sofa, the sales person was great.. we saw him 3 times before finally settling on a sofa and he was helpful and patient with us each time.

My mum has mobility issues, and we had been looking for a lift and rise recliner for quite some time.
