The lady who greeted me was very helpful and pleasant. She guided me to the sofa I’d seen before in a different branch. When my payment via my phone was proving tricky she was patient and helpful. She was professional and friendly and I felt she did a good job.

I had a great experience in shop with will he explained everything nicely and was very pleasant but then i had trouble trying to pay the balance it kept throwing up the phone number from my last purchase with you 10 years ago which was very frustrating it has since been rectified thankfully

The staff were friendly but not pushy and that is what we like , to be left alone to browse but have someone there if we ask . All in all we bought a sofa after lots of trying the style we wanted from here and other stores .

Very helpful staff and excellent choice of sofas, being able to walk around to find a sofa I like and then get assistance,and not being approached as soon as I walk in the door.

The customer service was excellent, I walked in and was acknowledged. I was asked to have a look around and if I needed help they were here. It was lovely not to be rushed or mithered, I chose what I wanted, they made sure I knew all about the sofa I was offered coffee. I felt very valued

Purchased my first ever sofa for my first home, Happy made it the easiest experience! He was beyond helpful and attentive without being pushy or over the top, he was knowledgable and also very good at advising me what would likely suit me best relating to my lifestyle! From the beginning all nice full of smiles and coffee after we paid for our sofa all changed the lady in Sofology refused to confirm a delivery date went back to sofology in White City Manchester. There the staff was very rude we was told to **** off out of store three women that worked in the store refused to ID themselves turn there ID around we complained 3/4 times and know one got back to us every time we contacted them we were put threw different departments couldn't talk to anyone with authority. When it finally came it was wrong colour foot stool the delivery man refused to cover his shoes as we had new floor fitted. They said they was going to refund all delivery charges in the end they said they couldn't we thought we wasn't going to receive are sofa so had to stay quiet till we did would receive better service from the corner shop so be AWARE OF SOFOLOGY in my opinion hammerish and not trustworthy run a mile

I went in store to buy a sofa was miss sold amd told I have 48 hours to cancel or amend i called the store 18 hours after purchase to cancel as it won't fit in my flat to be told tuff luck we don't cancel
Or refund orders the service was awful the store manager Cash was obnoxious amd the sales women Justine Completly lied to me and miss informed me of the policy

Sofa comeing sofa not comeing part missing part found comeing sat coming sun part lost sofa on van sofa not in can comeing not comeing on and on and on . Wish I’d also read reviews DONT BUY from Sofology appalling customer service lie after lie after lie . They need shutting down this company . Im gathering all the problems we have all had . Anyone else had a bad experience with them please comment as Im collecting all the bad reviews. Watch dog
