I bought two three seater sofas newly introduced in the shop. They were comfortable and looked great. After a long wait for sofa to arrive its legs were broken within a fortnight!! It was another couple of weeks wait to get it repaired.
Sofas are unnecessarily too too heavy, very difficult to move around. A single person can not move or adjust them around.
The cushions are too bulky and heavy take more place on the seats. They are uncomfortable and badly designed.
Not a good buy will not recommend these Luella sofas.
But I must mention the staff were excellent and very helpful at New Maldon shop.

The staff and service was fantastic and advice and they couldn't be more helpful. The range of sofas is also excellent and we didn't need to look anywhere else. Overall a very pleasurable and excellent experience. Great value also with really good payment options.

Terrible service. Told us the sofa would be delivered in 12 weeks. Had to chase sofology after 12 weeks to be told delivery would be another 5 weeks. No one contacted us to tell us this. We have had to chase. Not good enough. The only solution they could offer was if we wanted to cancel?? We already waited 12 weeks!! Could not even offer to reimburse the delivery cost! Very unhelpful service! 1st and only time ordering with sofology! Will go back to trusted DFS in future.
