Chris was absolutely brilliant. We had been in a few times, never spoke to anyone in the store before and really wanted help to know what furniture options were available to us to fit in our lounge and meet our, quite frankly fussy, requirements.
Well Chris introduced himself to us and we immediately felt welcome and listened to, he took us around showing us the options which would work for us and even made a mockup of our lounge so we could visualise how it would fit.
In the end we spent 2 hours in the store and every minute was essential to ensure that we were able to select what we wanted and put our order in.

Nice to have a no pressure environment the gentleman left us to make our own minds up but was on hand when needed. Sofa we chose although a lot of money looks perfect and im looking forward to receiving it .

The experience in store was 5 stars but companies show their worth in after sales which these do not. Avoid at all costs, great to sell you a sofa but afterwards impossible to get hold of the right people. They will also charge you 25% to amend your order when you have tried to contact them within the 48hr period with no joy of them answering the phone. Got through 1hr and 41mins after the cut off to be told nothing they can do.
No good enough especially as a returning customer.

Great service at Sofology Plymouth today. We were given time to make our decisions without feeling we were being stalked around the store, which is something I really appreciate.
