Sent email for delivery only to find it was still in store. On delivery they dropped or placed a section in a puddle outside. On entering house forced it past the door frame taking a piece from it, chip in floor of feet and split the joint on kitchen worktops on pushing past.... didn't set it up or explain working... cup holder damaged and wireless charging dock fell out of middle section

I am updating this review because eventually I was helped by a lady in customer service called "Nikla". Hugh has restored hope that there is someone at Sofology who cares about their customers and has eventually addressed my problems.
I hope the management and higher authorities recognise her within the corporation.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I spent £4,800 on a corner sofa and waited eight weeks for delivery, only for it to arrive without the footstool and with the back leg completely snapped off. The sofa is literally propped up on a plug at the moment.
The delivery driver didn’t believe me when I said the footstool was missing and made me call the store while he waited. After a 15-minute call, all he said was, “You’ll have to speak to Customer Support” — and then left.
Customer Support hasn’t answered the phone, and the email I sent over a week ago is still unanswered. So I’m left with half a broken sofa, missing pieces, and no communication from anyone… after paying nearly five thousand pounds.
For a company selling “premium” sofas, this has been the worst experience imaginable. I just want what I paid for — or at least a response.
