The salesman was very knowledgable about the product we have bought.
He was very friendly,at the end of the sale he walked us to the stores entrance and shook our hands (a little old fashioned courtesy).

product was exactly what we were looking for due to downsizing and room space being more of a premium, sales person was knowledgeable of the product and fabrics available, (pointing out the downside of some fabrics with being pet owners) felt under no pressure at all during the sale process.

Tony at the Rotherham Parkgate store…
Tony at the Rotherham Parkgate store has been absolutely exceptional. I visited a couple of months ago just to browse at options and he was fantastic then. Went back in over the last weekend and he remembered us and have now purchased. Extremely friendly, sat down and went through everything really clearly since this was my first property purchase and just an overall friendly guy. Would highly recommend to ask for him should you ever visit this specific store. Thanks again for all your help
