The wonderful service provided by all staff at Sofology Oldham, in particular Diariou. She went out of her way to help me decide on the right sofa, never too pushy but always happy to help answer lots of questions. An absolute pleasure to deal with! Thank you Diariou. I only hope that the rest of my experience (delivery etc)with Sofology will be as good as the bar that she has set

Me and my husband have visited the Oldham branch of Sofology on a number of occasions over the last few months, great choice of sofas, all staff were lovely and we didn’t feel any pressure to make our mind up, we felt comfortable to take our time, one member of staff that stood out was Diariou, we saw her nearly every time we went in, she has always been helpful and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble, she answered all our questions, we would also like to thank Jordan who went through the recliner system with us, we FINALLY decided today woo hoo 👏 can’t wait for delivery now, excited!!!

Had a great experience in your Oldham store on 2nd Feb. Hannah helped us initially and was so informative, approachable and friendly. She was there on hand to help but made us feel we had as much time as we needed to browse. We did take a while looking around, Hannah was then busy with another customer and Irma took over, who again was so lovely and professional. Neither of them were pushy sales people they were open and honest from the start, and understood what we were wanting. I can’t thank them enough and I am so excited so our new sofa to arrive. Thank you ladies.

Diariou was lovely so helpful and professional.

The manager who helped us decide on the sofas was fanstatic. She was patient and gave lots of ideas and even took my wife to different areas of the store so she could see different coloured walls, rugs and sofa materials. This helped us decide on the colour and she was then helpful with getting the right combination that we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the sytle and colour we ended up selcting.

I visited the Oldham store a few weeks ago and was greeted by Diariou. No hard sell, just a good chat about the different options of the sofas I was interested in. I hadn’t 100% decided at that stage and wasn’t put under any pressure at all. Diariou was professional, but very friendly and we chatted about interiors and the latest trends. She is very knowledgeable.

I went back today to purchase 2 sofas and a foot stool. Luckily Diariou was working and not only remembered me, but the exact order I wanted. All dealt with very smoothly. Thanks D

On going to see about getting a foot stool to go with my sofa Which I also previously purchased from them,Paul watts one of the staff was so friendly down to earth and was so helpful in helping us choose the one,I would recommend that if anyone goes there to ask for him you won’t be disappointed

The lady who showed us round at the oldham shop was brilliant

The customer service I received was excellent;all my questions were answered comprehensively.

We were met by irma at the Oldham store and she could not have been more helpful if she tried. We thought we knew which furniture we wanted and wanted to try it out for comfort. Good job we did. The sofa did not suit one of us due to our height differences.
Irma spent a long time with us checking all the different sofas and chairs until we were both suited with size comfort colour and preferences. Could not ask for more.
