Best possible sales approach.
Staff were very friendly and none of the typical follow you around like in other stores.
when dealing with you they are very informative and helpful with detailed information and none of the pressing you to buy into more products you don't need are want.

Friendly helpful staff.
From the time we arrived in store we were told we could browse at our leisure. We were not hassled at any point but the staff, Fran,Lloyd and Jason were there if we needed to know anything and were helpful and friendly.

Clean and well presented store
Clean and well presented store. The staff were friendly and not pushy.
We were buying a chair for my brother who has learning difficulties and mobility issues and he can become easily overwhelmed.
The sales person, Bart, was extremely helpful and took time to go through everything and make my brother feel comfortable and cared for as a customer.
Absolutely the best service.

We were looked after by Bart in the Rugby Sofology and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bart was friendly and welcoming and not just like a salesman but like a true customer service champion. He let us take as much time as we needed and went above and beyond, even sending emails and being on the other end of the phone whenever we needed. Thank-you Bart!
