I was informed by email on 20th…
I was informed by email on 20th November that delivery of my sofa would be on the 26th November. I duly took the day off work to accept delivery only to be told by email at 0825hrs on the 26th November that delivery will now be on the 2nd December!! Totally unacceptable especially as I was informed at the time of purchase on 8th October, that delivery would be 6 weeks and possibly 5 if all went well.
This will be my very last purchase from Sofology.

Disappointed with the lack of follow-up
I placed an order on 14th November (Customer service in the store was good), but had a change of mind and called the very next day (15th November) to request a cancellation. I was told someone would contact me within 72 hours.
It has now been 10 days, and I still haven’t received a single call back. I’ve phoned customer service several times, and each time I’m told that a note has been added to the system — but no actual update or progress.
What I find frustrating is that on Trustpilot reviews, Sofology often replies quickly, asking customers to provide their order number so someone can look into it. If the customer service team can respond so promptly here, why can’t the same level of care be given when customers call directly?
I’m simply waiting for a clear update on my cancellation request. At the moment, the communication has been very disappointing.

We have been to Sofology several times as we wanted to make sure we made the right decision. Each time we have visited the Slough store the staff were excellent. They weren’t pushy and let us browse but were on hand the moment we needed them. Today we bought our furniture and Garry was extremely patient and helpful

We could look around with out feeling pressured

Sofa not arrived within the twelve weeks, tried to ring spoke to a very argumentative man who put the phone down on me. Hope you had recorded the phone call as he refused to give me his name!!!!

Great customer service
Mohan made the experience buying a new sofa easy , he let me browse the store, then came back , once I had chosen the sofa I wanted . Told me everything from care of my new sofa ,to price , etc , and to what to expect in the coming weeks to receiving the sofa overall a very easy experience at Sofology , ( I was initially heading to DFS , im very glad I didnt)
