Purchase of Sofa and Chair (Store Clearance Items)
My experience with my sofa and chair purchase was excellent. I viewed the Ziggy 3 seater and chair yesterday, which was included in the clearance sale for showroom items. The salesperson was Ali, who kindly agreed to hold both items for me for 24 hours in order that i could feedback to my wife, prior to purchasing. When back to see Ali this afternoon to purchase the sofa and chair. Ali was extremely helpful,and concisely talked me through the process, advised on the available purchase/finance options and delivery arrangements. Absolutely delighted with my experience. Thank you Ali for your excellent customer care. It was greatly appreciated.

I don’t usually leave reviews but feel compelled to on this occasion as our sales assistant - Leon was absolutely superb! He helped my wife and I choose the perfect furniture for our new home when we didn’t know where to begin. A seamless process coupled with a great guy helping us - we knew we could not go wrong! Smooth Purchase
Bought a 3 seater Keswick sofa today. Neal, the salesperson, was very helpful and smoothly took us through the purchase / delivery process and explained what options we could add ie Care Kit and Sofaglide.
Good experience- no issues.
