Tony was fantastic , we were given plenty of time to wander around on our own and it was so easy and relaxed ,when we made our choice Tony explained our options and demonstrated the different functions on the recliner and choices of material

Every thing went very well until I realised after that I had been charged over £100 delivery! Really! I find that extortionate for delivery. I wasn't even told

Bought chair off shop floor as told it would be delivered in 14 days. No communication regarding delivery date.Store will not ring warehouse to find out where chair is. Nobody answers the phone at their main number.
