They weren't pushy was nice just been a able to walk round looking I went with my granddaughter and were both a over whelmed walking in thinking they would keep pestering us but was nice we found the one I liked and the young lad was so helpful and patient with me explained everything so I understood

The lady I dealt with Chloe was lovely, she answered all questions I had and made it a very straight forward process. Swivel chair purchase.
This was our second purchase from Sofology and we were happy to return.
We were greeted at the shop entrance and the salesman Gary explained the layout of the shop. We purchased a swivel chair which was exactly the item we needed. It was a competitive price and Gary explained everything about the chair and the delivery service.

Our interaction with Merv was informative, as he provided answers to our questions and allowed us time to make our decision without pressure. We have made previous purchases from this store and plan to return for another sofa in the extension. Looking forward to our delivery in 5 weeks!
