The customer service was outstanding
The customer service was outstanding, Gary allowed us time to look before approaching and was friendly and relaxed. No pushing or grand speech, just a helpful manner and very polite. Answered our questions and left us to it. We found exactly what we wanted. Gary then efficiently arrange our order, so easy and professional.

The problem i have is paying £126 for delivery and it takes three weeks. For this I'm expecting a delivery experience like no other,or should I say rip off. You need to try so much harder

A disappointing shopping experience
Everything was going great then we were introduced to Rebecca from finance.
We are not sure whether she didn't listen to all the information we gave her or whether she didn't care but she made mistake after mistake in sorting our order out. So much so that I will be coming to the shop tomorrow lunchtime yo talk to the sales manager and will want to clarify a few things before this purchase goes any further.
