Relaxing store to walk around
Relaxing store to walk around, no sales pressure just really good customer service. Ray sold us a sofa several years ago and we seen him again yesterday. Lovely man who was very thorough.

Misold with a replica sofa
Ordered metropolitan leather sofa bed on arrival there had been soo many problems the sofa heads were all deflated and wrinkly and the quality of leather was just not the same as the one i viewed in the showroom, at the end i was told i will have to pay if i wanted the sofa to be repaired or replaced never buying a sofa from here again.

Really helpful
Was not presured when looking about saw what i liked on one visit and returned a week later and purchased my sofas. The lady who helped me was well informed about the products and delivery times.

A good service from John at the Stockton branch
The salesperson we dealt with called John in the Stockton branch was very helpful and showed us various choices in the size sofa that we were looking for. On the second visit he was just as helpful and explained everything to us.

Sofa purchase - no messing.
After we decided on sofa the purchase was completed very quickly and we were made aware of extras available, but no pressure to buy. Finally a guaranteed delivery date agreed.
