Lovely friendly staff that don't harrass you the second you walk through the door! Lovely store experience and bought our sofa with ease and simplicity (our second sofa from Sofology)

Told 3 - 4 weeks for delivery for in stock sofas and still waiting nearly 8 weeks with no update...... having to do the chasing around......

Went in 2 look around found a chair I liked Jamie was absolutely brilliant explain everything I needed to know sat on it for awhile very comfy gorgeous feel and colour thankyou for all your help lovely lad Jamie

Friendly helpful staff no pressure to buy

We were given time to look around the store without feeling pressure to buy. Sales team provided sufficient information to allow us to make decisions in our own time. Sales team were helpful without being too pushy.

We had a great experience at the Sofology store in Teesside Park thanks to Ray. He was kind, helpful, and very clear when guiding us through choosing and ordering our sofas. He made the whole process easy and stress-free—excellent service, thanks Ray!

We were welcomed into the store, then left alone to browse in our own time. As soon as we needed help a staff member was there promptly to provide us with a quote and take our order.
The store was clean, tidy and well set out.

Ray made the whole experience stress free and easy- and not pushy like other stores can be!!

I had a lovely shopping experience, I found the perfect recliner sofa, the sales team were very friendly.

Was approached just after we arrived in the store, friendly welcome by all staff, but not pressured sales, given plenty of time to browse while Staff were available to question if we needed, we actually left the store to check what was available at 2 other stores next door but returned as happy with our first choice. The gentleman then came to speak to us asked if we needed anymore help. We discussed our choice, he made sure we were aware of the delivery charge on top ! Which I had already noticed, we completed the transaction and he made sure we knew it might arrive a week later than the expected 2 depending which depot would deliver, also as we live on a farm he was aware that w live outside the village by I presume checking a map on his pad ? Totally happy with the service from him plus the other 2 sale staff working today
