Bought the paramount sofa (which I…
Bought the paramount sofa (which I would advise anyone not to buy) had it just 7 months, from the day it arrived the delivery driver damaged the brackets on the legs (advised was only way to get it in) technician came out and said what a load of rubbish, managed to sort something out but said would always be an issue, wasn't told about any gliders for the sofa, technician helped with this. Next day noticed the cup holder smashed, so this was then having to be replaced ( but having to wait weeks for the item to be sent out and then having to chase up the product with delivery driver as I work full time and they keep trying to deliver but won't send it to a neighbour and no where else it can be delivered too) then waiting weeks for technician to come out but not available on days I was off, then having to waste holidays or ringing in sick to work.
Then there was a technician problem with cup holder and yet again all this repeats.
I also find the sofa very uncomfortable to sit on and finding I get backache and neck ache.
I trying to complain but don't seem interested in helping except sending me parts of sofa.

A really good selection of sofas
Previously ordered from this firm before. When we arrived we were welcomed by a member of staff and were told that if we wanted to ask anything we should call on a member of staff to help. We were then left on our own to look around the shop. At no time did we feel hassled. When we chose what we wanted the staff member was excellent. She informed us what we could change, if we wanted, on the sofa. We were pleased we’d been told about the options as we may never have bought the sofa if we hadn’t. Everything was explained to us in detail and we were more than happy with our purchase.

Gary the sales assistant was really helpful, looked up a previpus order to compare dimensions we were looking for, we couldn’t have made a purchase without him on the day. He wasn’t intrusive but helped answer questions and give us options for our space

Sofology appalling customer service
This is generally about sofology.. Just dont use them. Sofa ordered for 2 months.
Delivered 11th December ..Did not work on delivery still trying to get it fixed.
Customer service is a sick joke.
Don't waste your time or money.

Please note the automated... 'Sorry to hear please contact...' automated reply. They get so many lousy reviews they have an automated reply... Which you may note.. Takes no notice of the clear intimation in my review that I have already experienced their 'help'
