To say our sofa-buying experience was positive would be an understatement.
From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were greeted by a lovely, friendly, and welcoming lady called Vicky. She took the time to listen to our requirements, asked thoughtful questions to understand exactly what we were looking for, and guided us towards several sofa options that suited our needs. She then gave us the space to browse the rest of the showroom at our own pace, which we really appreciated.
We eventually fell in love with a sofa and were offered refreshments while we relaxed and explored all of its comfort features and gadgets. Nothing was too much trouble for Vicky—she even brought over additional cushions so we could properly experience how the sofa would look and feel in our home.
After returning home to measure our room, we came back the following day to complete the purchase. Although Vicky wasn't in, Leon looked after us. He was courteous, helpful, and genuinely lovely, and once again refreshments were offered, making us feel very welcome.
The customer service at the Stoke store is second to none. Both Vicky and Leon are a credit to the company, and they made what can often be a stressful purchase an enjoyable and memorable experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store to others.

The sofa is lovely but the customer service was absolutely terrible. Unfortunately there was a problem with my order which is my fault as I should have triple checked it, despite being in the shop 2 hours and going through it 10 times. When I called the shop to resolve it they were not interested and after calling a couple of times someone from customer services called me. They will full of rehearsed lines of how they understood my dissapointmemt, which I hate as they lack actual empathy. They could not help me order the missing chair as they are customer services and would not honour the sale price or any kind of help. I had to reorder myself, now after waiting 12 weeks, wait another 9 for the chair which could be a diff colour due to being a different batch. The delivery people forgot to fit the gliders amd it is a month before they can come back. If someone had actually helped from my initial call I would not have been left with such a sour taste in my mouth. I feel like the shop were interested while they got their sale and then washed their hands. Also after waiting 12 weeks I got an email the afternoon the day before delivery, so not much notice to arrange to be home someone to be home for delivery. Ruined what had been an exciting experience.

Courtesy and professionalism of the staff. We were greeted in a friendly manner, we explained what we were looking for and various sofas pointed out to us. We were left alone to wander around trying out different sofas. Staff were knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions confidently. I really liked that we were in no way hassled or pressured into a decision.
