Vicky the sales assistant was exceptional very friendly and knowledgable with regards to the product , after care and after sales service , we were made to feel very welcome all in all a 5 star service was provided , very satisfied with the end result .

Sam was really helpful going through all of the options and making the order process straightforward from beginning to end.

The staff greeted us on our arrival and they informed us that if we had any questions then don’t hesitate to speak to a member of staff. We were left to walk freely around the store with no pressure sales team hovering around. When questions were raised by us the staff we very knowledgeable and were professional throughout.
The staff member who looked after us was named Samantha Cunningham-Oakes. We attended the store on three occasions and Samantha at no stage put us under any pressure.
I would highly recommend the quality of sofas and professionalism of the staff at Sofology in Stoke.
We did purchase a sofa and chair and again Samantha explained everything to us in a simple way that we understood with no jargon.

We received excellent service from Suzanne who went through all options of our purchase and answered any questions we had. She made us feel very comfortable and would recommend to friends and family.

Ordered our new sofas today in store, spoke to James who was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the sofas we chose and told us about cleaning care kits and sofa shield cover also gave us a swatch to take home. Was offered a hot drink, manager also helpful.

Really friendly and helpful staff without being pushy. Very knowledgeable about their sofa lines.

The sales representative took her time to take us around the show room, explaining the types, measurement and materials of the chair. These helped us in making an informed decision

Sam was excellent at Sofology. We visited twice to make sure the sofas met our needs and the customer service was excellent from all the staff at the Hanley, Stoke store. We were not pestered or rushed. Just a friendly hello when we got there and then we were left to browse but staff were there is we needed to ask any questions. Far better experience than other stores in the area!

On asking one question we were blown away by the knowledge that James shared with us about the differences between two sofas we’d chosen. Every question was answered with confidence. He continued to explain Sofology’s principles and endeavoured to support us in our decision making.

We had a wonderful sales person called James . All the staff in the Hanley store didn’t bother us but were there to help us if we needed any help . Thanks to James we were able to see the fabrics we chose online and eventually ordered our favourite settee .
