Went in knowing what I wanted but no idea how to filter down the huge amount of stock and find what I wanted. I didn't want to spend ages walking around the store. Colin talked me through step by step and half hour later, I am all sorted! Fabulous result. Colin is superb!

The assistant (Aida) was very helpful and didn't rush me into making a decision. She assisted with measurements and room and decor compatibility. She explained all the terms clearly and provided me with various options prior to my purchase.
