Not very happy! I just found out that my order was canceled without any further explanation or notice (not an email even). I was wondering why the shipment took so long and when I checked the status it said canceled. Please pay your customers a little more respect than that. I’ve emailed customer support for the reason why the order was canceled.

Beautiful sweater, delivery was very fast, and the ordering process was easy. The sweater fit quite a bit smaller than on the pictures on the website (I was between two sizes and chose the smaller one), but I like it better that way. The sizing chart was also very helpful. I would not have ordered without a sizing chart with exact measurements.
