Avoid. I originally bought the wrong operating system in which they were prompt to assist. Had issues and they stopped responding.

I was incredibly impressed both with the product and the support. I had a problem installing Office after downloading it (due entirely to my own ineptness) and used Chat to contact the help service. In no time at all the agent (Paul) had taken over my screen (with my permission) and completed the install for me. He couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. An excellent product at a very good price and superb back up.

I was very sceptical using downloads as i had paid for a key from groupon only to find out it was a collage one and would only save to the cloud not PC. I contacted Softmall via email to which i had an instant response answering my concerns instantly. Just paid and downloaded it followed the instructions and it all work's perfectly. Many thanks.

Easy download of product. Clear instructions from SoftMall to activate the product using the key that they emailed to me.
Product is the Long Term Service Channel (LTSC) version of Office. i.e. it isn't Microsoft 365 with its subscription fees.

The trouble the company went to to try and get me up and running was terrific. Many thanks to Paul. Will like to do further business in future.

The experience with Softmall was excellent. The software was very reasonably priced, the communication was good (aided by immediate live chat) and I had Office installed in ten minutes.

Unfortunately I did not realise that MS Publisher, which I use a lot, is not included in MS Office Professional Plus so am disappointed with the product not SoftMall's service. I was only aware of this once I had activated the product key.

Great discount on Microsoft software. Quick and easy to install

I was a bit worried about buying from an independent source but following the MS cerification link put my mind at rest. The download was easy but installing a bit problematic as my new PC already had some Office 365 preloaded. Following the info prompts on what needed to be uninstalled solved the problem and all now appears to be working well.

It is a good bargain. It wasn't difficult to install, I followed the prompts and it worked. Its two days now and it works perfectly.

Very good experience with them. Got the Microsoft Office 365 for a fantastic price and it activated with no problems. A 5 star service.

Struggled to get the software loaded (probably an issue at my end!). Paul was fantastic and sorted it out for me immediately. Fantastic customer service!

Had to buy office professional after my laptop died and needed to reinstall everything. Purchase of software was easy and excellent value.
I received instructions within a few minutes.
After installing it showed a previous office version. I spoke to SoftMall help desk and they immediately responded. It was down to user error and system recoginising the previous version from my account.
Easily fixed and now everything working as expected
