In general Softorino software are excellent! Really !!
But...obviously sometimes our computer OS might have an update that makes things more dificult for any app to adjust.
When this happens I was always pleasently surprised at the speed at which Softorino Customer service responded to my questions and solved any problem. 5-star service!!!

The products worked well for a while…
The products worked well for a while but then no longer worked after I purchased another year. I contacted softorino who have promised much but not delivered. They asked me for screenshots, details but did nothing. They are full of shit. And when I asked for my money they keep on trying to fix the problem but have not. I have paid for the app (SYC) for 6 months without being able to use it and they have refused to return my money and not been able to fix the issue.
The worst service from any company I have ever experienced. Dishonest, incompetent, and they wont even return my money. You deal with the company at your own risk. Be warned.

Delivered on its promise
Delivered on its promise. It was a bit fidley to begin with but once I got the hang of transferring music to my wife's phone from my MacBook, it worked a treat. I have not tried the other apps that came with the package but i would expect them to be just as useful.

Softorino has a great product and great support staff!
Softorino has a great product and support network. WALTR PRO and Altunes is excellent software to compliment your iPhone to a computer at home. I did have some issues (on my end) with the installation, but the support team was there to guide me through the process to get the program working.
I am highly recommending IPhone users give this product a try- much easier than iTunes.

They have your back years down the line.
I had bought Waltr2 I think four years back. Now they are selling the newer, more advanced, version Waltr Pro. I bought a new MacBook and was having trouble activating my previous license from my old Mac to the new one. I guess the activation codes got mixed up or something. I emailed them for help, and although I pretty much expected that they – as many companies would – use the opportunity to push-sell their new product, they just immediately helped me out and got me connected with my existing license. No questions asked and no overselling. These are the companies you go back to and buy their products because you know they will have your back tomorrow. Kudos!
