good service. I've had a good experience with this site.

I have used Dragon products in the past. The price at CW software was attractive. Unfortunately the exe file would not install. I never opened the Registration key, and I requested a refund - which met their return policy requirements. They emailed me to indicate that they had refunded the purchase price to my credit card but stated that it could take the bank 5 to 10 days to prcess the refund. After 21 days the refund did notshow up on my credit card statement. I sent CW an email stating that they had until the end of the day to resolve this, and that if they failed to do so I would open a dispute with the bank. They did not reply until over 24 hours later - at whch point I had already opened a dispute with Chase Bank - who immediately issued me a refund. CW sent me an email stating that they coudl nto close the support case because the refund was still "in process" - and suggested that I should revoke and cancel the dispute with Chase! I don't think so. Today - five days later - they sent me an email stating that they have issued a refund. I don't know if they are untrustworthy or just have a messy back end system and I don't care. I will not do business with them again.

I thought I was getting a year of Microsoft 365. I was charged by Softwarecw.com for it...but have no information on how to download it but received a order received and subscription started notice. What now?4

I downloaded Photoshop and they added another service CW free for a month.Then charged me on the first month renewal I caught it as soon as it hit and had to dispute it through my credit card..I requested the refund from them and was denied. Until my CC got involved. I never downloaded it or use it and caught it in less that 10 days so they did refund my money and ask me to give them a review..Well I wouldn’t use them again.. so take that how you will.

I had been using my Design Cad 2022 for a while when suddenly it asked for my License Key. I went on line and followed the directions for finding it but it was not there. I emailed Design Can explaining the problem and Astrid very quickly emailed me back with an easy and flawless solution. Thank you, Astrid. You were very quick to respond and very professional.

I had a problem with the download. The support group got back to me a day after I contacted them and resolved the problem. The software works well, "feels" a lot like Autocad

They sell Apps that won't download on your laptop then they say it's your fault.

Just like many other people wrote here, I never subscribed to their service. Only thing I bought from the site is the MS office. SoftwareCW added its membership for the first month free. So, the purchasing order has 2 items but just the price of software I purchased. If your do not pay attention and cancel the membership in time, then next month you started to get charged. I haven't visited its site or used any of its services, or there are any emails from them. They just keep on charging me. No, I have been charged for 4 months, and they refuse to refund me.

Update - after emailing with the customer support to explain the situation, they refunded me 4 months of membership fees, with a supportive attitude. To me this is very helpful and appreciated. I have updated the review to 4 stars.

Purchased application was older than the trial version on the laptop I purchased, only option was to remove newer trial version to install older version. Not confused anymore, never deal with this insensitive, unprofessional and insulting company. Customer Service is not the words I would use to describe. Unprofessional and useless.

I was without my knowledge enrolled in a monthly membership and charged monthly. It is impossible to cancell on line and they do not answer the phone. I'm forced to cancell my credit card DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to download it, it never gave me an access code I needed the program immediately to get help with my business. I emailed them 5 times they have no phone number (sketchy). Finally after 5 days I get a response but someone suggested Google sheets and I used that instead. I asked for a refund they wouldn't give it. Still fighting the charge 2 months later even though the paperwork they submitted to my credit card says there was no access code and it wasn't activated.

Very sweet and nice to deal with them , respond fast about my questions and professional , business anytime with them , five star all the way 👍👍💯%💯

I purchased a Corel software package from Software CW. I made a mistake downloading it to my new WINDOWS 11 laptop and lost the Serial Number in the process. Customer Support provided a fast, detailed response that included a link for a new download.
Their product delivery and detailed personal support are outstanding!

Although there was a slight software downloading glitch, the problem was addressed immediately by customer support and everything turned out great.

SoftwareCW is a fraudulent company - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. There is a reason they are not approved by the BBB. They are cheats and liars. Buyer beware.

I purchased PDF software from Software CW a couple of years back.
First off, the price was good, I’ve purchased a couple of things from them. The main thing for me is the customer support. I had to reset my computer which meant reinstalling all my software. Because it was older, my activation code no longer worked. Because of that, and the PDF co. changing names, I thought I would have a hard time getting the code, if at all. Not only did I get it but they were extremely prompt and polite above it. I would buy from them again.

Didn't realize I had subscribed to an addition service. When I e-mailed customer service they took care of the problem. Very good prompt customer service.

This company is fraudulent and a bunch of scammers. I attempted to download the photo editing software and was never able to use the software due to their system telling me I had an invalid key. I emailed them the same day, never received a response to the fact that I could not use the software. They then billed me for the software that I could not use and refused to refund my money, and the only solution that they would provide after the fact was to help me download a product that my daughter no longer needed for school.

I recently purchased Toast Titanium 19. It was very quick to download and purchase online. I love Toast Products!! I have been using them for 20 years plus.
