Had a small glitch with Office 2016 installation key, but they rectified it promptly. Definitely recommend this distributor for your Office Products. I have used them for Office 2019 as well with no issues whatsoever.

I tried to purchase from softwareDistributors.co on 20/02/2021 but nothing happened when I click on "place order". At this stage my banking details was already typed in. Tried again but still nothing, the next moment there were money taken from my acc by CHEAP COM PHOENIX. Be very alert

When I eventually managed to download Office 2019 and install the software I was happy with the result and the cost. A more detailed explanation on how to download would have been helpful. I found their responses quick and they never gave up.

The product and price is good. It was a bit confusing installing the software. And I think their support can be improved.

New comment: Company contacted me quickly and resolved the problem. Call centre offline due to COVID. We worked together to solve the problem. I can't fault the customer service other than to note on the website that they will not be reachable by phone.

I purchased a code from software distributors being a bit sceptical due to low prices. The first code did not work, however I contacted them and they assisted me promptly in activating my license key. Very happy. Thanks!

Bought Windows 7 Pro. 32/64 OEM on 05/12/20 and still after 10 days has not been sent link to download it contrary to information given to me during online chat with the support person. Email sent to the support email address requesting a download link after a long wait on 14/12/20, did not yield any response. Also contact mobile number quoted on Software Distributors website and invoice does not accept calls any time of the day. this is not the sort of service I expect from a company with such a captivating name.

The support is very bad. The product key is not working to activate Windows 10 Pro. I have been asking for help more than 2 times either sending email or submitting tickets after logged in. No response is received so far....

This was an easy and quick experience with useful download instructions. Software was installed without any issues and I was using it straightaway.

I bought two products from them, an Operating system and Office. When i tried to activate them, the office was successfully activated. However, upon trying to activate the operating system i face a problem that the key didn’t work. I reached out to their technical support and it took them around 24 hours to solve the problem completely. I was skeptical about them in the beginning but they proved me wrong eventually and they helped immensely. I really recommend them if anyone is looking for genuine and affordable softwares.
