Codes that were sent did not work at first but I got in contact with support and they remotely installed the package and solved the problem for me.

The issues seemed to be on my side where I installed the package incorrectly so I cannot put any fault on softwaredistributors if I am being fair about it.

It took a few days to resolve the issue but support was actually very helpful so I was happy.

Had a couple of problems with the download due to the program already installed. The tech person I liaised with was so patient with me and persisted even though we had to take many more steps than was typically needed.

The whole experience I had with them was really good. When I had a question, I got a reply within 12 hours. It was not instantaneously, probably because of the time difference. But, they helped me complete the whole installation process through a remote access. And now, I'm one happy customer. Will definitely recommend it to friends.

Had to reinstall MS Office Pro2019 after hardware issues but unable to activate the software. No response to my emails and no one answering on mob phone number on web site after making a dozen phone calls alt all times of day. Terrible customer support. Avoid
