Bough a win 8.1 key got key with link to download on link it say 8.1 not available anymore why sell me key if they know it's not avail anymore

I purchased Microsoft 2019 around this time yesterday and after a couple of email enquiries looking for the product key, I still have heard nothing from them!
There was an error in sending the key. Happily I've received it now and hopefully I'll get it downloaded and I'm good to go.

Earlier in the week I gave a negative review about SoftwareDistributors, which I deleted after they contacted me. . . It seems though there was some communication error between us . . But it was resolved and I received my product key for Windows 10 Pro from them . . Did the installation last night and Windows 10 Pro is working a 100%. . . Thank you, I apologise and withdraw my statement that it was a scam!

I had to buy a new Windows license since my computer had to be reset. I opted to purchase the Windows 11 license key. I was very hesitant to purchase online because I thought it was a scam, but I took a chance anyway and they are legit. I made my payment and within 24 hours they sent the license key and it worked, with no issues. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars, is because I think the communication in their confirmation email could have been clearer about when I can expect the license key to be sent.

I bought a windows license key. It said that the key has already been used and no answer on telephone nor my emails. I have reset my computer completely and still not working.

Edit: They responded in a very professional way. Key will be updated in 24 hrs. I am satisfied with their respondse

Sold me a 2019 word copy that has no support and Microsoft admits is full of bugs and viruses .

Couldn’t load it as 365 kept loading these people are THIEVES and conmen DO not trust them . No working phone no address , Russian con men . Basically scammer selling crap and ripping off everyone .

Payment options are secure. Received code quickly and to use it was relatively easy. Just don't copy and paste code... type it in. The staff support was on the spot. Will use you guys again!!

The product keys are very affordable, and when there is an issue with the key not working, they sort it out very quick!

The software was initially supplied with an invalid key that had already been used. I then struggled get a response when asking for help with this. Eventually, they did get back to me, were helpful and supplied a valid key.

Super easy to buy - the order is acknowledged with a download link and then shortly after the license key is sent to activate the software.

I've had several Microsoft products from them and always been happy with the service, even when I'd accidentally deleted the email with the license key!

I was not sure first, if should order from them because never heard this company name. But since they asked for an affordable price, purchased the license from them.
Because I haven’t restarted my computer for a long time did not start the software download from Microsoft web page. After restarting my computer the USB Installation Media Tool was created easily by the system.
Also the new Win 10 installed easily.
The installation key worked. Windows is registered. 👍🏻😄
I’m thinking of updating my other PC too.
