First key didn't work but the guys sent me a new one which works like a charm.

I was sceptical but they really legit.

paid for a microsoft office mac 2019 version which isnt being installed on my computer and they think that customers dont know how to install it? thats fine, i got my IT guys to look into it and they also faced the same issue.

if you dont provide tech support then refund my money...

if you are so concerned about then why isnt anyone
answering calls?

if the key doesnt work, and no after sales support, then why would anyone buy from you?

Great service. I ordered the Windows 10 Pro key on 29 December. I thought this would delay a response from the company as it's festive period. But later that day I received the key. First key didn't work, and I emailed back the next day. They requested a screen shot to confirm which I sent back. This is normal as to prevent keys being stolen. Within the hour, I received and email back with the new key and it worked. No issues, quick service especially during the festive period, and the one issue was rectified very quickly. I recommend them.

I was worried that this company would be a scam, but as it turned out, my concern was completely unwarranted. They provided fast and efficient service and even exchanged the product I purchased incorrectly, without any additional charges.

I was a little nervous purchasing here at first when trying to install Windows 10 on a 2nd hand device.
Response time was a little slow, but TOTALLY legit. 10/10 would recommend.

I was skeptical but a friend said they had purchased from them. They just send Activation code by email. The first code didn't work but they sent a new one that did work. Write the code down because they won't send you receipt with correct code. Which again seems sketchy but it did work so.

Purchased day before no mention of any verification.
They didn't send the key until next day after I asked for a refund. This company is a scam. I have not tried the key because the next morning I bought a license from Microsoft. Don't trust this company and don't down load. You will just get excuses.
UPDATE Bought direct from Microsoft.
Message I get after I download from Microsoft. "Uninstall the counterfeit version of Office."
That would be the version downloaded from SD

The response was prompt and my difficulties were resolved first time by the technical staff.

Pathetic service. Bought the license expecting a product and all I get is a download link that doesn’t work. Response…. You paid so on get lost. Nothing like rude support after you pay

I got product from SoftwareDistributors 3 times.
# 1 and 2 were completly OK, rapid and sfficient.
For supply # 3 i faced problems of installation, but after contacting SoftwareDistributors support, they solved the problem by remote perfectly.
So my experience is excellent, and their suppoiort fast and efficient

Key didn't work initially but was swiftly provided with another one after proof was provided

The process of making a purchase is great. The after sales service is even better - the few times I had an issue with a sale, it was always resolved timeously. SoftwareDistiributors.co is the best!

Bought a Key for Windows 11 Pro and followed the upgrade procedure as per instructions from the MS official site and followed many YouTube videos but all attempts failed. It is clear to me that the key I purchased from Software Distributor.co does not work. (The key does work till the end)

I have asked for a refund for this purchase and the technical staff just used stupid reasons to avoid a refund. (No refund is needed the key worked. Read to the end)

Very disappointed with Google's 4.7 Star (buyer experience) for this store. It is clearly a scam. Maybe some keys worked but not all. (This is not a scam, the key worked, eventually. Read to the end)

The technical support made me feel that I am an idiot it comes to installing software. (this is true, this is how I felt).

Wasting time and money.

As a responsible reviewer, I would like to give a follow-up on this matter.

After a whole week of struggle, we finally found a way to upgrade from Win11 Home to Win11 Pro.

Before I continue, I must stress the point that I have done clean installation with the new laptop so many times I actually lost count.

Here is the problem.
The new laptop has a digital key embedded in the machine. Therefore each time I did the clean installation the machine picked up the Win 11 home product key. There is no way, I can change to Win11 Pro. I have spent many hours and tried different ways of cleaning installations as instructed by the tech support from SoftwareDistributors.co. but failed every time.

Thanks to the great internet forum. I got advice from a total stranger after I posted my problem with the Win 11 pro key not working for upgrading from the Win 11 home version.

For those, who might face the same challenge in the future.

Please simply follow the process below and you can use the key you bought from SoftwareDistributors.co

1.) Disconnect the internet
2.) Use this RTM Generic Key VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T
3.) Follow the upgrading process
4.) Connect to the internet
5.) Do product activation and use the key purchased from SoftwareDistributors.co

Now the result:
1.) The Product Key works
2.) Purchasing experience is poorer
3.) Tech support experience is poorer. (All I get from them is to perform a clean installation and the key will work.)

Because the Key does work. I must change my statement. This is what a responsible reviewer should do.
