I have recently had a problem with some software, purchased from Softwarekeep, and contacted them on their chatline, Their advisor, Anne, could not have been more pleasant, helpful and competent, and resolved the problem remotely in a very short period. I could not have been more impressed or grateful

Carl was very helpful and speedy sorting out a conflict between 365 and the installation of office 2019

After changing laptops Jesus was extremely helpful with a tricky Microsoft install. Could not have done it without him!

Having downloaded Microsoft Office on my old iMac from 2010 which I have given to my daughter and grand daughters the programs wouldn't work as apparently an OS upgrade was required which is no longer possible. Anne in Live Chat sorted it all out and everyone can now use the refurbished computer. Thanks Anne, it's made our day.

My computer died even though not old and I lost all my information. Jesus helped me install Microsoft Office back onto my iMac and I am so grateful.

I made a mess of buying Office 2019 Home and Business on Windows instead of Mac. Lucky the customer support was superb (thank you Carl) and rectified my mistake.

Joshua was very patient, helpful & professional. The initial problem was diagnosed as being with my Browser (Chrome). Switched to Edge, but was still very slow. Joshua then directed me to another site and the download problem was fixed very quickly, aided by tea and biscuits. I would recommend using this company again

I am not technically savvy when dealing with software and in fact anything computer wise, so when I attempted to download and install a new version of MS Office I encountered problems. Luckily for me, Carl from SoftwareKeep, came to the rescue with a simple resolution: even for me!
