just purchased microsofts office home and student,had a problem ,logged into microsoft account and athenticated key ok but pressed install button but nothing happened.
so went on live chat with jesus and within a minute problem sorted.Brilliant

Email went in my junk folder, but after realizing that I had some trouble downloading MS Office. But within less than a minute Anne was online to help guide me through the process and she stayed online with me until I had completed it all ok. Very good customer care. Would definitely recommended them to others.

Have just purchased Microsoft Office and had a few problems with the download. However, I was supported by Anne on the "chat function" who was helpful, friendly and very efficient. I would use this site again because of the "chat" function.

I had to contact SoftwareKeep as I'd missed out one character in my e-mail address, and as a result not received an order confirmation e-mail, on Order No. 2000007299. Their agent Jesus was able to resolve all the issues on the order, including the UK delivery address. Very helpful.

I needed to check on some software I was purchasing for myself and a non IT literate member of my family. Carl provided me with details as to how I could to this and the version of the software that I would need to purchase. All done very promptly. An excellent service.
