Great experience ordering perfume from UK to Germany
Big selection of perfumes for a good price. I was a bit worried about the shipping from UK since it isn't in EU anymore, but actually the shipping was cheap and fast and the perfume arrived in perfect condition.

The issue you experienced relates to poor delivery service from Royal Mail, not our service. Once a parcel is dispatched, delivery performance and handling are entirely the responsibility of the courier.
Despite this, we did not leave the matter unresolved. As soon as the issue was reported, we dispatched a replacement order to ensure you received your purchase.
We kindly ask that courier-related delivery issues be reviewed with Royal Mail, as reviews about our business should reflect the service we provide — which, in this case, was taking prompt action to resolve the situation.

I was hesitant to order from the UK, since I have mainly ordered from german online stores, but the complete process was super easy, smooth and the goods arrived in a relatively short period of time.

All products sold by us are 100% authentic, sourced exclusively from authorised UK distributors. We do not deal in counterfeit goods — ever. Claims of inauthenticity require evidence, not opinion.
If you believe an item is not genuine, please provide verifiable proof (such as confirmation from the brand using the batch code). You are also welcome to contact the brand directly — they will confirm authenticity without hesitation.
Personal dissatisfaction with a scent, differences in perception, or comparisons to another batch do not mean a product is fake. Fragrance performance can vary due to skin chemistry, batch differences, or expectations.
We have received no substantiated evidence from you to support this claim. Making unsupported public accusations of counterfeit goods is inaccurate and misleading.

Your order was placed on 19 November 2025 and was affected by the peak holiday period, including Christmas, New Year, and international courier backlogs, which unfortunately caused delays beyond normal transit times. This information was communicated across our channels during that period.
Regarding communication, our customer service team responds via the official support email, which is the correct channel for order-related matters. Social media managers do not have access to order systems and cannot process refunds or deliveries, which is why you were advised to contact us by email.
As per our Return & Refund Policy, refunds are issued once an order is returned to us or confirmed as lost by the courier after a formal investigation. We do not issue refunds solely due to delivery delays during peak seasons unless those conditions are met.
That said, we are happy to review your case properly. Please contact us again via our official support email quoting your order number, and our team will assist you in line with our policy.

Refund not received despite confirmed return
I returned order #101321 fully unopened and received Royal Mail confirmation of delivery on 23 December 2025.
Despite multiple follow-up emails requesting an update on the refund, I have received no response. I am currently £79.96 out of pocket for the products, plus £14 paid for recorded return delivery.
I note that the business has remained active in responding to other reviews during this period, which makes the lack of response to direct contact disappointing.
As of today, no refund has still been issued.
I would be happy to update this review if the matter is resolved.
Update: following several emails and two phonecalls, my order was fully refunded to my account on 09/01/2026. Thanks to Junaid for sorting.

As you are based in the UK, you will be aware that Christmas and New Year are official holiday periods, during which businesses, couriers, and finance departments operate on reduced schedules or are temporarily closed.
Your return was delivered on 23 December 2025, which was immediately before the Christmas shutdown. Refunds are not processed on the day a return is delivered. Each return must first be checked and approved in line with our Return Policy once normal business operations resume after the holiday period.
Responding to reviews and processing refunds are handled by different teams, so activity on reviews does not indicate that refund processing was taking place during the closure.
Your refund is currently in progress and will be issued back to the original payment method once checks are completed. We appreciate your patience during a period that affects all UK businesses every year.
