Not ordering again
Not happy with them at all. Ordered perfume and then sent me the wrong one. I opened it accidentally as I didn’t realise that this was the wrong one. When I complained to them, I was happy to give it back. They replied that if it’s open, then we are not taking it back. Not ordering again.

We are sorry that an incorrect item was initially sent with your order. As soon as you contacted us, we acknowledged the error and worked to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Our Returns Policy, which is applied consistently to all customers, asks that any incorrectly supplied fragrance remains unopened and unused while we arrange its return and replacement. Unfortunately, once a perfume has been opened or the seal has been broken, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and product authenticity requirements.
After informing us that the fragrance had already been opened and that you wished to keep it, you requested a partial refund for the price difference rather than a replacement. In response, we processed the partial refund to your original payment method and allowed you to keep the item received.
We understand that receiving the wrong item was frustrating, and we apologise for the initial mistake. However, we believe we resolved the matter fairly and in line with both your request and our published Returns Policy.
