Ordered 2 Barakkat Rouge 540, was very excited as I remembered loving the smell. When it finally got here several days later as the delivery method chosen was the cheapest, the perfume had probably been through so much movement and temperature change, it was damaged. I opened one box quite excited tried it by first spritzing, it smelled like nothing and some alcohol! I tried again and it was the same! I was heartbroken! I wanted to return both perfumes but they would not accept the perfume that had been opened and were willing to only accept the one that wasn’t opened. Which is genuinely ridiculous as it’s impossible to find out how a product is without opening it, and their delivery method is what probably damaged it in the first place. I send the unopened perfume back with guaranteed next day delivery which cost me half the price of the perfume. Now I have a perfume that smells like nothing and a whole back and forth that was a loss for me, they aren’t even well
Mannered enough return the postage fee for having to send it all the way back to them! I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience with them and it was totally not worth it!
TIP: If you are buying perfumes online try to read the refund policy, if they are conditional like this one they definitely trying to wriggle out their seller responsibilities and obviously creating guidelines that are profitable for them and completely unfair for the customer, trying to lesser the risk when they inevitably send damaged products as part of their business model. Lastly, don’t choose a company that will cheap out on their delivery method.

All of our fragrances are brand new, sealed products and are not sold as testers. As outlined in our returns policy, due to hygiene and authenticity reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or sprayed. Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be resold, which is why this policy is in place. We understand this can be frustrating, however it is a standard condition applied to fragrance products.
Regarding scent performance, this can sometimes vary depending on factors such as skin type, environment, and storage conditions. All items are stored and dispatched in line with handling guidelines to maintain their quality.

Living in Germany , international perchance
Living in Germany there is a few Perfumes you just can't buy here. So shopped around on the internet for mens cologne I was after, and saw it was available at Soghaat. Checked their website and reviews from people who had buy from them , looked good , so made my perchance. Said 4 to 8 business days , got it in 5 days.
