I like your products/perfumes
I like your products/perfumes, and was so easy to make the order. What I didn’t like îs that you sent the package with signature - and because we cannot be present all the time at home- îs a lot of pressure for Royal Mail to come and do a redelivery .
The products I have received quick în 2-3 days, plus the packaging was really luxurious. My husband loves the parfume

They have now replied to this review by again completely missing my point and my original problem.
In my original e-mail to support, not once did I ever insinuate that the tampering was from their warehouse. I simply explained the situation and asked what the next steps would be. The package does not teleport from their warehouse to my house, so there are many possibilities and I was well aware of that. I was looking for support, since at the end of the day, I have paid money to them, and received faulty products. Do I go to the courier? Do you deal with the courier? Do you need to provide anything for me to give to the courier? Please confirm the next steps. I don't think that's unreasonable to expect.
I had no reason to believe the problem was from the companies side until they were dismissive and defensive. All I have presented are the facts, and the responses then shaped my opinion. Again, just a poor response that shows once they have your money, they apparently don't care what you receive and they will show no empathy when you make valid claims.
While I appreciate you have probably have to deal with false claims, I suggest you please be responsible when making claims that customers are lying, and i'd recommend a friendlier support style when dealing with paying customers.

My experience with Soghaat Gifts & Fragrances was appalling.
The order arrived with the outer box already looking damaged, and upon opening it, the cellophane was clearly ripped and tampered with on both fragrances, these were intended as gifts.
I emailed immediately to ask for help on whether I should pursue this with them or the courier, but I received no response for seven days. By the time I followed up, the birthday I bought the gifts for had passed, so I requested a full refund for the faulty products.
The company's eventual response was shockingly unprofessional and defensive. They refused any resolution, claiming their pre-dispatch photos proved the items were in "perfect condition." They disregarded my photos of the damaged delivery and the shoddily re-taped bottom of the box that was clearly not photographed on their end. Furthermore, they went as far as labelling my legitimate concern a "False Claim" and stated "No further correspondence will be entered into regarding this issue," effectively shutting down a valid customer complaint.
If the issue really wasn't on their end, this could have been as simple as stating their regret that the order was not fulfilled correctly, providing evidence of the proper packaging and suggesting that it was taken up with the courier. Instead I was met with passive-aggressive language and a complete unwillingness to investigate an issue of a damaged delivery which leads me to believe they may have some guilt in this. I will be proceeding with a credit card chargeback and advise others to avoid this company if you expect basic professional support.

At Soghaat Gifts & Fragrances we operate strict quality control procedures. Our packing staff are trusted and trained to follow a documented process, and every parcel is recorded during packing. Photographs are taken before dispatch and include date, time, and location stamps to verify the condition of the items and packaging at the point they leave our warehouse. The records for this order clearly show the fragrances sealed in their original cellophane and packed correctly in an intact outer box.
The delivery confirmation photograph taken by Royal Mail also shows the parcel delivered intact, with no visible signs of damage to the outer packaging.
Our return policy is clear and consistently applied: opened fragrances cannot be returned. This policy exists for hygiene and authenticity reasons, as once a perfume seal has been broken it cannot be resold to another customer.
We also ask customers to please be responsible when making claims of this nature. Allegations of tampering or mishandling can have serious consequences for the people involved in the process. Warehouse staff and delivery drivers work extremely hard to do their jobs properly, and unsupported claims can unfairly put their jobs and reputations at risk.
If you decide to proceed with a chargeback, we will provide the payment provider with our packing records, dispatch photos, and delivery confirmation as part of their review process.

Always a quick delivery and great perfumes, I wished they would look around at prices elsewhere though because there is some stuff on the website that I can cheaper elsewhere and thats a shame because I really enjoy shopping with Soghaat.
