At first I had some concerns as the reviews from the site were mixed.
I waited about 2 weeks for the bag to arrive and it unfortunately had a very chemical smell at first.
But after about 2 weeks this was gone and the bag is really nice.

Customer service is a disaster
Customer service is a disaster. I've been waiting almost 2 months for my order which is of course already paid for. For weeks I have been trying to get information from the company WHERE my package is. I do not receive any response! I would never order from this site again. No link of the shipment tracking works! Really lousy scam! I hope that I will get a response after they read this review!!!!
